Ravian ensured that all purchased and delivered products are genuine, not defective and in accordance with product purchased.
In case the product you receive does not meet our commitment as stated above, you will have 14 days to return Products and email at ravian.store.lhr@gmail.com to update proceed regarding return and refund payment.
Returned item did not cost any fee.
The returned item must be sent to Ravian address for quality checking (QC).
Ravian will replace it by a new one if customer agreed or refund the paid price of the returned item if it Meets our Return terms and Conditions.
